By using KANN1STO.com or its contents, user accepts these terms.

1. Modification of the terms
   
   These terms may be modified at any time.
2. Site closedown and removal of contents
   
   KANN1STO.com may be closed down any time for any reason or for no reason at all. The webmaster has the right to take all the contents in KANN1STO.com offline without distributing it anymore.
3. Suffered damage or problems
   
   KANN1STO.com (nor its webmaster) is not responsible for any damage or problems that might be caused by the software which is available on KANN1STO.com.
4. Links to external sites
   
   KANN1STO.com (nor its webmaster) is not responsible for any damage or problems that might be caused by external pages or software whose links can be found on KANN1STO.com.
5. Direct linking to files from other sites
   
   Images, archives or other files that are located under domain KANN1STO.com may not be linked directly from other sites, unless there is a permission for it.
6. Distribution of contents
   
   Contents that is considered freely distributable:
   • GeneRally tracks
   • Other level or track files
   However, it is required that the auhor's name is mentioned if these files are distributed on another website. In addition, this contents may not be modified by a user.
   
   Contents that may not be distributed or reused:
   • Web site graphics or design
   No contents may be modified by anyone except its original author. This term also applies to GeneRally track and GeneRally car files.
   
   Contents that has an author other than Petri Kannisto or Janne Korvenpää is copyrighted to someone else.
7. Submitting files
   
   In some sections, user has the possibility to submit his/her own files. Submitting other persons' files without mentioning the real author is violation of the copyright laws. In case of violation, KANN1STO.com may refuse to distribute any files by the user.
   
   KANN1STO.com preserves the right to refuse to distribute user submitted files without any specific reason.
8. Comments and the comment system
   
   All the comments may be rejected or deleted at any time for any reason or for no reason at all.
   
   Flooding is not allowed. If a message seems to make no sense, it will be removed.
   
   The entire comment system may be taken offline at any time.
   
   If a user wants their comment(s) to be removed, they shall send email to the webmaster. The comment(s) will be removed as soon as possible.
   
   Every user uses the comment system at their own risk. In case of misuse of submitted information by any other user, organisation, or machine, the user has all the responsibility.
